Are Hello Insight surveys culturally responsive?

We develop Tools in partnership with youth organizations nationwide. We engage young people and children in feedback about the questions and responses during the development process. Each Tool gathers data from hundreds of thousands nationwide in organizations serving various populations (different age groups, gender identities, ethnicities, and cultural backgrounds). We continuously analyze items, set benchmarks, and determine recommendations, ensuring that the instruments and resorts are culturally responsive with no bias. We also regularly engage members and program participants in making meaning sessions and data reviews to gather feedback and make improvements.
