Can I add or change survey questions?

Because surveys have been tested and validated with input from thousands of staff and program participants, questions cannot be modified. We know that each capacity and experience is measured by the group of questions associated with it. Modifications would require years of testing and validation to ensure new items work across age, gender identity, and ethnicity.
