Can I download individual responses or results?
Account Administrators can download individual results. You can receive a spreadsheet file that has scored individual responses, but note that this does not include raw survey responses. To request a download:
Log in to your Hello Insight account.
Click your name in the top right corner of the screen. Then, click "My Account."
Click the "Download Data" button.
Read and agree to the terms of downloading individual data. Then, click "Request Download."
A download link will be sent to your email address. This may take a few minutes, depending on how much data you have.
