Choosing Program Administrators

Program Administrators can do the following for Groups in the Sites they were assigned:

  • Add, edit, and manage Groups

  • Access survey links for distribution

  • Track survey responses 

  • View reports

Program Administrators can be assigned two types of access:

  • All current and future Sites: This program admin will be able to manage groups and administer surveys for all sites, including those added in the future.

  • Specific Sites: This program admin will only have access to manage groups and administer surveys within specific sites. You will select those sites below.
