Do Survey Links Expire?
Pre/Post and Check-In survey links are live before and after your survey dates. If you load Pre or Post survey links significantly before or after the scheduled survey administration dates entered in Hello Insight, there will be a message notifying the participant that they may have loaded the incorrect survey link.
