Documenting Group Information
For each Group you add to a Program, you will need to document some basic, but important information.
Number of Participants
Document the number of unique participants for each Group.
An estimate is fine when you first set up a Program, as you can always adjust this later after the Program has been added.
The number of participants will determine the recommended response target for each Group — this is the minimum number of surveys needed to gain high-quality insight.
Start and End Dates
Document the actual dates that program activities are scheduled to start and end for each Group.
You can always adjust this later if these dates change.
