Documenting Group Information

For each Group you add to a Program, you will need to document some basic, but important information.

Number of Participants

  • Document the number of unique participants for each Group.

  • An estimate is fine when you first set up a Program, as you can always adjust this later after the Program has been added.

  • The number of participants will determine the recommended response target for each Group — this is the minimum number of surveys needed to gain high-quality insight.

Start and End Dates

  • Document the actual dates that program activities are scheduled to start and end for each Group.

  • You can always adjust this later if these dates change.
