Organizing Data in Hello Insight

The way you set up a Program in Hello Insight determines what you see in your reports. Hello Insight provides three layers to help you organize and visualize data:

  1. Programs are the primary level at the top. A Program can only utilize one Hello Insight Tool.

  2. Sites are under a Program. A Program can include multiple Sites, and a Site can have various Groups.

  3. Groups are under Sites.

Program Data

When you generate a Program-level report, you will see a roll-up across all Sites and Groups within that Program.

  • A Program must contain one or more Sites, each with one or more Groups.

  • The Tool is chosen at the Program level, so all Sites and Groups will use the same tool. This ensures consistency across the Program and allows for comparison across Sites and Groups.

Site Data

When you generate a Site-level report, you will see a roll-up across all Groups within that Site.

  • Each Site can contain one or more Groups.

  • While Sites are typically locations or regions, you can use any label that helps you organize data. The key is to keep the names consistent and scalable over time.

Group Data

When you generate a Group-level report, you will see only that Group of program participants.

  • Each Group receives its unique survey link and printable PDF.

  • It may be difficult to juggle many Groups, so be mindful of how many you can feasibly survey.
