Pivoting From Pre/Post to Check-In

Even if you originally planned to use the Pre/Post Survey Administration option, certain circumstances might require a pivot to the Check-In. This is because the same young people who took the Pre survey must also complete the Post survey. If challenges arise—such as being unable to collect Pre surveys or not meeting your Pre response targets—switching to Check-In can help you adapt and still capture valuable insights.

If no Pre surveys were collected: You can pivot from Pre/Post to Check-In surveys by editing the Group settings and switching to the Check-In Survey Administration option.

If Pre response targets were not met: Assess whether you can still collect more Pre surveys. If that’s not feasible, consider switching to Check-In to gather meaningful data without relying on a full Pre/Post match. To do this, you will need to Manage a Program and add new Groups.
