Why do I need to change my Program's Subscription?

In order to add Sites and Groups to an existing Program, it must be using a Subscription that is still active and has surveys remaining.

If a Subscription has expired or all of its surveys have been used, you will not be able to make any of these changes.

Manage the Program to see if another Subscription is available to use. If no Subscription is available, reach out to support@helloinsight.org to explore your options.
